Synopsis for the northern and central washington coastal and inland waters..Broad surface ridging will remain centered well offshore with low pressure inland will result in varying degrees of onshore flow for much of the forecast period. A frontal system Thursday will bring increased wind speeds to the area waters. High pressure well offshore looks to remain into early next week.
